According to the CCRC update above, waiver of privilege papers were submitted in December. It’s something that is often brought up on social media - so we now have our answer.

Does anyone have any current news about the CCRC decision? I'm not enjoying the silence so I thought I'd open the conversation.

From today’s Sun (of all papers!) I’m hoping that their reference to Lucy as the’so-called Angel of death’ might signify a change in their collective attitude, unless I’m reading it incorrectly.

It's all unravelling for Dewi.
In this Daily Mail article by John Sweeney and Glen Owen, he misdiagnosed a brain tumour as bulimia in 2008.
'Mr Llewellyn, a retired nurse, said: ‘Had we not asked for a second opinion, our son would have died. If Lucy Letby faces a retrial, we will give evidence for the defence.’
